Onboard with an Olympian

Pippa has a fascinating story; she is modest about her own achievements but speaks engagingly about the importance of the team. The Yngling class is a three person crew and a medal position is only possible with superb teamwork.

We serve breakfast on arrival at the Yacht Club before cruising out to the western Solent towards the Needles or east towards Cowes, depending on the wind and tide. Lunch will be served on board, and farewell drinks will be at the Yacht Club once back ashore later in the afternoon.

We vary the format according to the style of event you want which might range from a staff ‘teambuild’ to client hospitality. If we are sailing on more than one boat, we will use a Rib to ensure that Pippa spends equal time on each boat. Pippa is happy to address the group as a whole at the most appropriate time

The yachts have a capacity of 12 guests each, so for larger groups we will sail more yachts accordingly. We tend to sail yachts towards the luxury end of the spectrum for this event, however this does not prevent some ‘low key’ racing to add a competitive element to the day.

We use our luxury 8.8m main fleet boats to provide an extra level of entertainment for this event which is guaranteed to make it even more enjoyable.
