Since the event began in 1826, Cowes Week has grown to become Britain’s largest and longest running sailing regatta, attracting over 500 boats and around 2,500 competitors from around the world for eight thrilling days of racing on the Solent coast. This is the biggest week in Cowes diary, and brings out the towns strong sailing heritage in full force.
