Cowes Week was first held in 1826 and has since become the UK’s longest running and one of its most successful sporting events. Today the event stretches over eight days (29th July – 5th August for 2017) and attracts up to 1000 boats to compete in 40 different handicap, one-design, and multi-hull class races every day.
Solent Rib Charter are proud to once again be the official Rib supplier to the event. Chartering a Rib is a great hospitality option enabling you to watch the race starts from the water and follow the action at your own leisure throughout each day. We also offer Ribs for support to race teams in need of transfers for their guests, as a photography boat or for safety.
Our sister company, Solent Events, will be hosting a private hospitality area throughout the event which includes; a private bar, catering from Ministry of Food and live music.
If you’d like to enquire about chartering a Rib for Cowes week or booking a place in our hospitality area, then please contact us on 01590 607101 or email admin@solentribcharter.co.uk
